Boraro Church is a vibrant, Johannesburg-based church with a passion to see lives transformed by the work, will, and wonder of the Triune God. We exist to influence urban culture with the timeless truth of Jesus Christ, bringing hope, healing, and purpose to every corner of society.
The name Boraro comes from Sesotho, meaning “Trinity,” and the doctrine of the Trinity is central to our mission and ethos. We believe the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are at work in perfect unity, and as believers living in the dispensation of the Spirit, we embrace the full expression of His power. At Boraro Church, we are committed to seeing God’s Spirit move freely in our city and in our lives, equipping us to live with bold faith, transformative love, and unshakable hope.

The first in-person gathering of the was on 28 September 2025, and the team is now working continuously to prepare Boraro Church for its official launch in the first half of 2026. Join the Launch Team to serve, create, and help shape the future of church in our city.
